Melike Küçüketyemez graduated from the Faculty of Law at Turkish-German University in 2024 and is a lawyer with experience in data privacy and personal data protection, corporate and commercial law, contract drafting and review, consumer disputes, and transport law.
Having started practising as a lawyer as of October 2025, Att. Melike Küçüketyemez has worked on cross-border legal matters within both Turkish and international legal frameworks and has gained significant experience in compliance projects, legal research, dispute resolution processes, and contractual risk analysis.
She is currently engaged in KVKK- and GDPR-aligned data protection matters, commercial agreements, and transport law files, while also contributing to legislative research and policy work as an IPS Fellow at the German Parliament.
Her professional background includes experience in an international law firm, a constitutional judicial institution, a public institution, and a global consultancy environment, which has enabled her to develop strong expertise in both private practice and public law settings. She offers strong legal, regulatory, and cross-border advisory capabilities in both national and international matters.
